My Ambition

what are my 5 years plan.. 5 senses and an extra ingredient that is needed, i was told by a chef.. how i guess...wonder what is that another ingredient..He continued............ To achieve the 6 sense all u need is PASSION.. And YES I've.here's how i illustrate food is like a baby,let me explained...... when dealing with the first born ,TLC is always needed. whats is TLC.. TENDER -LOVING-CARE same like food when dealing with all the ingredient u must always be careful with it.NEVER EVER get rough with it, because u don't wanna hurt it at all... Attention is always needed ,u gotto keep an eye at all times with your baby right...same goes to cooking the ingredient ... ah.......... So my plans for the future is firstly get into a good hotel firstly, as of jan i'm starting my attachment. work my hearts out establish my position.learn as much as i can, absorb as much as i can. Build as much relationship and connection with as many people as i can... 2 years in the army... and here i come. world of culinaire watch...out... My Goals.. my goals is really to be the best chef i can be,in singapore....asia.. who knows.. but always striving for perfection.. Currently... Still in the mist of school, perfecting my skill as a novice cook.. work experience wise i've been working over at a few places before good experience but more is needed for me.. ps.first time blogging...hahaha school assignment none the less its cool..
